In connection with the expansion of activities, we are looking for a qualified and motivated specialist for the position of Learning and Development Manager. Responsibilities: implementation of the process of annual evaluation of employees' performance (updating the methodology, conducting the evaluation, coordinating the evaluation in businesses, finalizing the results); implementation of the management system Talents (updating the methodology, carrying out selection procedures, supporting the individual development of Talents, evaluating the effectiveness of the process, making suggestions for improvement); implementing training of employees on corporate competencies (updating the Model of competencies, creating educational content, closing training needs on competencies); implementing training outside corporate competencies (formation of an up-to-date product portfolio, organization and conduct of training, scaling of products in Business); methodological support for the automation of assessment, training, talent management processes; participation in the formation of individual needs of Businesses in the direction of L&D (conducting research, surveys, facilitation and strategic sessions, conducting in-depth interviews) and implementation of educational projects for Businesses. Requirements: higher education in the field of economics, psychology or HR; work experience of 5 years in the field of personnel training; experience of managing a team of managers of 2 years; experience of methodology formation /strategies in the direction of personnel assessment and training, Talent management; experience of implementing training and assessment processes and coordination of these processes between different departments/Businesses; experience of implementing a Talent management system; experience of conducting training programs, assessment centers; experience of project activities - implementation of L&D projects according to the customer's needs; English language at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate.
