Learning and Development Manager

In this role, you will:
• Create and coordinate training programs and projects, including planning, communication, support, and reporting.
• Manage and facilitate key learning and development initiatives, both online and offline.
• Facilitate training activities, ensuring engaging and effective sessions.
• Plan and organize training events, including maintaining a training calendar, liaising with internal and external speakers, and managing registration and attendance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of PDPs (Personal Development Plans) and assessments within the LMS.
• Manage training requests, including selecting providers, courses, and programs based on needs.
• Administer and develop training programs within the LMS.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient facilitation skills, capable of leading engaging sessions.
• Strong proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Canva and Mural for content creation and collaboration.
• Experienced user of Articulate and MOCO (LMS platforms).

As a plus:
• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D).
• Prior experience in HR is a plus.
