About the role

The L&D Specialist partners with L&D Project Managers, aiding in the creation of development project plans and structures. The specialist applies instructional design principles to create efficient learning materials that correspond to company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience (of 2 years) in L&D.
• B1 level of English proficiency.
• Understanding of the key methods and approaches to developing effective L&D programs and projects.
• Strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely formulate and structure information to create materials in various formats.
• Effective processing and analyzing of large volumes of information, conducting research, and drawing conclusions based on data to develop L&D programs and projects.
• Ability to learn quickly: grasp new topics from scratch, quickly absorb new information, and apply it in practical activities.
• Creative approach and ability to propose innovative ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think systematically and understand complex information.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop L&D instructional material that support company technical and operational objectives.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling content that enhances learning and retention.
• Working with content (collecting, studying, describing), creating scripts, tasks, tests, video materials, etc.
• Apply instructional design theories and practice to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• System thinking to ensure that individual training modules fit into larger L&D projects in a cohesive manner.
• Be aware of the latest trends in instructional design and learning technologies.
