Key responsibilities:
Strategy and implementation: Development and implementation of the Lean transformation roadmap for all group companies (5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, TPM, Kanban).
Analysis and optimization: Conducting deep diagnostics of production and business processes, identifying "narrow places" and developing plans to eliminate losses.
Creation of a single standard: Development and unification of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure stability and scalability of processes.
Management of change projects: Organization of Kaizen events and workshops aimed at improving productivity and reducing cost.
Training and culture: Formation of Lean thinking in personnel — from line workers to top management; conducting internal trainings.
Monitoring and KPI: Development and implementation of a system for collecting and analyzing key metrics (OEE, Lead Time, FPY) to create a single information field of a group of companies.
Candidate requirements:
Education and experience: Higher education (technical/economic) and experience of successful Lean transformation in production from 3 years.
Methodological base: Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing philosophy; knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (Green/Black Belt certification will be a significant advantage). Soft Skills: Excellent change management skills, ability to work constructively with staff resistance and persuasion. Analytics: Confident user Excel (analysis of large data sets, construction of analytical models) and the ability to read technical documentation.
Personal qualities: Analytical thinking, systematic and leadership drive.
