Lean Manager in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Conducting diagnostics and analysis of current processes to identify bottlenecks, duplicative functions, losses in the process in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency improvement, implementation of targeted KPIs
• Development and implementation of initiatives to improve business processes, reduce operation time and reduce costs
• Calculation of indicators of economic efficiency and feasibility of projects
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes and development of corrective measures measures in the event of deviations in the process
• Analysis of costs according to strategic directions and development of measures to reduce them without affecting the quality of service/goods provision
• Building new processes and their formalization in the Bank in accordance with current requirements
• Development, implementation and support of continuous process improvement systems
• Consulting and training of Bank employees in basics and principles Lean
• Ensuring effective communication at all levels to achieve project goals
• Defining KPIs, dashboards and implementing effective management reporting.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 5+ years of work experience in business process optimization in large vertically integrated companies or international consulting (Management Consulting, Banking, FMCG, Retail, production)
• 2+ years of work experience in the banking sector in the direction of business process optimization (will be an advantage)
• 10+ successfully initiated and implemented projects
• Experience in development and implementation of NPV projects
• Experience of managing large teams (from 5 employees)
• Experience of implementing projects for the CEO/members of the company's Board
• Experience of KPI development and implementation of evaluation processes and programs
• Experience of working in the direction of risk assessment and development of mechanisms for their minimization
• Experience in the field of analysis and optimization of existing business processes and building new ones
• Experience in preparing materials in two languages and presenting them to management at any level
• Experience in conducting trainings, staff training
• In-depth knowledge and practice of applying Lean principles and tools (Kaizen, Gemba Walk, Poka-Yoke, SOK, etc.)
• Strong knowledge and experience in value stream mapping (VSM): analysis and optimization of current and future processes to identify losses
• Ability to model business processes and identify "bottlenecks" and losses in the process
• Ability to define and analyze process KPIs and key Lean metrics (cycle time, efficiency)
• Ability to analyze large arrays data, systematize disparate flows of information and present the results in a structured manner
• Skills in cost analysis and operational costs, as well as the development and implementation of measures to reduce them
• Skills in building effective communication with representatives of other divisions at any level
• Coaching skills and training employees in the basics of Lean
• Owning tools and methods of project management
• Intermediate (B1) English language skills
