Main duties:

• Development of programs, training courses, conducting trainings, webinars, video trainings; Development and conducting of management trainings;
• Analysis of results, assessment of program effectiveness and feedback;
• Planning of training costs and control of budget implementation;
• Improving programs aimed at increasing the effectiveness of training.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education. Certifications will be an advantage;
• Experience in the field of personnel training and development (training manager/trainer);
• Knowledge of modern personnel training technologies, basic principles, forms and methods of training;
• Experience in developing training programs and conducting trainings, webinars;
• Excellent communication skills, group management, quick thinking, excellent knowledge PC, planning skills.
