Requirements: Complete higher education (master's degree, specialist). Work experience as a technological engineer of the I category - at least 2 years. Knowledge and practical experience in mechanical production. Knowledge of modes of processing materials by cutting, use of tools and the ability to read programs on CNC machines Ability to work with computer equipment and programs. Responsibilities: Develops, using design automation tools, and implements progressive technological processes, types of equipment and technological equipment, automation and mechanization tools, optimal production modes for products produced by the enterprise, and for all types of work of varying complexity, ensuring the production of competitive products and the reduction of material and labor costs for their production. Introduces the order of work and the operational route of processing parts and assembly units. Develops plans for the placement of equipment, technical equipment and organization of workplaces, calculates production capacities and equipment loading. Participates in the development of technically justified time norms (production), linear and network schedules in the development of product designs for manufacturability, calculates material cost standards (technical cost standards of raw materials, semi-finished products, materials, tools, technological fuel, energy), economic efficiency of the designed technological processes. Develops technological standards, instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, technical level and product quality maps and other technological documentation, makes changes to the technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and production modes. Coordinates the developed documentation with workshops and departments of the enterprise. Composes technical tasks for the design of devices, equipment and special tools provided for by the technology, participates in the development of control programs (for equipment with numerical software control), in the development of developed programs, their correction during the finalization process, drawing up instructions for working with programs. Participates in conducting experimental work aimed at introducing new technological processes into production, in drawing up applications for inventions and industrial samples, as well as in developing programs for the introduction of new techniques, organizational and technical measures for the timely development of production capacities, technology improvement, and controls them implementation. Monitors compliance with technological discipline in workshops and correct operation of technological equipment. Analyzes the causes of shortages and production of low-quality and low-quality products, participates in the development of measures for their prevention and elimination, as well as in the consideration of complaints about products manufactured by the enterprise.
