Position functions: Technical support of the computer organization. adjuster techniques; Ensuring the reliable functioning of IT systems; Connecting, setting up workplaces with Windows and Apple operating systems; Ensuring the functionality of peripheral equipment, calling a master, ensuring warranty repairs; Accounting for equipment in a specialized system; "remote hands" for specialized divisions of video-conference communication equipment , network equipment, SCSPreparation for operation and issuance of new equipment to users; Reporting of completed tasks and time tracking Ensuring the functionality of the CrestronIT "smart home" systemSupporting online broadcasts with the involvement of multimedia equipment (projector, radio microphones, mixers) Display of presentations on the screen and projector (working with PowerPoit, Adobe Reader) Professional competences: Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment; High communication skills; Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software; In-depth knowledge of operating systems of the Windows family; Accounting in the operating and accounting system; Knowledge of the principles of construction based on TCP/IP protocols; Knowledge of the principles of client-server work applications to the Microsoft virtual environment; Experience of working with software for conducting online broadcasts (OBS studio, VMix, Xplit) Experience of working in large companies with a PC park of 1500 or more • Work with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli Work with remote access tools • Communication with clients, processing applications of the first support lines, working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years Experience working with virtualization; Experience working with cloud solutions; Experience working with Apple technology.
