TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. it is the ability of organizations to produce, collect, manage, store and communicate the right information to the right people at the right time, regardless of its source or format. It covers all stages of the life cycle of documents, including their destruction.

As part of the Strategy of the Department of Innovative Funding, which includes the expansion of monetary programs in 2024-2025, the TCHU has created a data management system to support the provision of monetary assistance at the national and regional levels. TCHU is looking for an information management specialist with strong technical knowledge and experience in implementing/supporting cash and voucher projects, including working with payment systems, to support this direction and digital solutions.

Under the leadership of the head of the Information Management Department and in in collaboration with IT and Innovation Funding departments, we expect the Information Management Specialist to be a key support for the implementation and support of cash and voucher payment systems, to define and apply the necessary steps, including data analysis, visualizations and surveys, and coordination with the team software development and various involved divisions of TCHHU.

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct technical support and consulting for the innovative financing department: development and support of information tools, data management systems, work processes of data collection and processing, analysis and visualization.
• Development of a data collection plan adapted for decision-making and planning.
• Implementation of structured analytical methods for improving the quality, reliability and accuracy of analysis.
• Create clear and graphical key messages and analytical results. 
• Develop information products such as infographics, dashboards and maps to share information withby relevant stakeholders.

The lead information management specialist (data analysis) of cash and voucher programs, in addition to the innovation funding department, will work closely with some sectors (eg IT department, digital department transformations, the department of planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, etc.). in design, social sciences, or related fields.
