We are looking for a position Leading Specialist Sanctions and Embargo Enforcement Division of the Financial Security Office of the Compliance Control Department.

If you join us, you will:

• implement and maintain bank policies and procedures directed to ensure compliance with existing restrictions in terms of financial sanctions and embargoes, in accordance with the requirements of the BNPP and the legislation of Ukraine;
• provide advice to the Bank's employees on analysis and in-depth study of clients and their operations;
• carry out an analysis of the Bank's clients and their operations for compliance with the sanctions and embargo policies and BNPP Group standards, including by processing "alerts";
• participate in the implementation of BNPP Group standards, reducing compliance risks, financial security and "reputational" risks;
• participate in the development and testing of requirements for the implementation of compliance requirements in banking systems and the assessment of potential risks that may arise during the implementation of projects related to the division's area of ​​responsibility;
• to participate on behalf of DCC in the process of approving clients and partners of the Bank at the Client Appraisal Committee, taking into account financial security risks.

• a higher economic or legal education (master , specialist, bachelor);
• at least 2 years of banking experience in the field of compliance / currency control / documentary operations and financial monitoring;
• high analytical abilities;
• knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation in the field of compliance and financial monitoring, currency legislation;
• knowledge of the state language;
• knowledge of English not lower than Intermediate level;
• basics of computer information processing technology;
• self-organization skills;
• perfect command of MS Office, Power Point, Excel, World, SAP.
