TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. The main directions of the work of this position will be to ensure the sustainable implementation of organizational development tools, work on collecting and analyzing the results of the Ukrainian Red Cross Development program, systematizing the collected data and providing reporting to partners (in English).
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the annual planning of the department's activities;
- Participation in the analysis of the department's annual plan once every six months;
- Monthly planning one's tasks and evaluating the performance of the previous month's tasks;
- Organizing work in the CRM (Odoo) system (daily planning, tracking task performance, reporting);
- Ensuring tracking of the implementation of MO plans within the framework Development programs;
- General monitoring of the Ministry of Education from the analysis of annual plans every 6 months within the framework of the Development program;
- Analysis and processing of quarterly reports to track the dynamics of the activities of the Ministry of Education and Culture within the framework of the Development program;< /li>
- Ensuring needs assessment in accordance with the Template in the MoD within the framework of the Development program;
- Remote support of the MoD and OO according to their requests, redirection to relevant specialists within the framework of the Development program;
- Assistance to interregional specialists in the adaptation of new organizations after joining the Development program;
- Adaptation of new interregional specialists and assistance in using and writing reports;
- Conducting monitoring visits to MOs and OOs within the framework of the program Development and in accordance with the orders of the management;
- Cooperation with departments and departments of the NC on issues of organizational development and development of the national society (exchange of information on activity plans, development and implementation of organizational development tools, etc.);
- Preparation and formation of reports on projects, partners, general and annual;
- Organization of national or regional meetings of teams of regional and local organizations;
- Organization of online meetings for MO and OO (9-12 per year) as part of the Development program;
- Introduction of document databases (common storage, Bravo-library, etc.);
- Systematization, processing and analysis of profiles and infographics on the activities of the Ministry of Defense in as part of the Development program;
- Introduction of social networks and messengers for sharing experiences. Support of rules and activities in chat messengers within the framework of the Development program;
- Sending thematic letters by e-mail to MOs and OOs (10 years);
- Promoting the use of methodical tools among MOs and OOs;

- Participation in activities for the organizational development of the TCHU and local organizations;
- Participation in work meetings, meetings according to requests;
- Participation in the organization of strategic events for the development of the TCHU;

- Creation and implementation of organizational development tools and components;
- Creation and implementation of a system for filling out, notifying and reminding to submit reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) for NC and partners in cooperation with other specialists of the Department of Organizational Development;
- Monitoring and adaptation, editing of received information and reports;
- Assisting the planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting specialist in the creation, development and maintenance of a data collection system (eg Kobo toolbox), as well as ensuring the timely preparation and creation of information products (dashboards, infographics, dashboards and maps , for information sharing);
- Writing narrative/descriptive reports based on previous partner templates;
- Interaction with regional departments and teams to ensure data collection and processing at the interregional level within the framework of the Development program;
Additional duties:
- Participation in the development of policies and strategies of the Company;
- Participation in national or regional volunteer events;
- Execution of the instructions of the management regarding the organizational development of the TCHU;
- Execution of the duties of the head of the department during his absence.
Requirements:
- Higher education preferred
- Work experience in the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, non-profit organizations in the social sphere or state institutions and organizations in the social sphere will be an advantage
- Skills in writing, analyzing and processing reports
- Use of Microsoft tools and applications
- Skills in writing narrative/descriptive reports
- Skills in creating /implementation of systematization tools
- Proficiency in Ukrainian at a professional level
- Proficiency in English for writing reports
