  • Coordination of youth projects and programs.
  • Achievement of indicators provided for by project and program plans.
  • Participation, organization and conducting of trainings on development initiatives youth

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and training >(Life Skills, YABC, Sprint Youth Initiatives, Conflict Management, etc.):
    1. Organization and coordination of coordination and training sessions for trainers who conduct trainings on the initiatives of the direction of humanistic education.
    2. Preparation, adaptation and development of educational materials, and ensuring their compliance with methodological standards.
    3. Conducting trainings on humanistic education initiatives for various categories of participants aged 14 and over up to 35 years old.
    4. Provision of methodological support to trainers/coaches regarding conducting trainings.
    5. Ensuring communication of trainers/ocs of humanistic education initiatives with the Commission of the TCHU on volunteering and youth policy.

  • Monitoring and evaluation of trainings:
      < li>Monitoring trainings conducted by volunteers, evaluating their quality and providing feedback.
    1. Collection and analysis of feedback from volunteer participants, preparation of reports and recommendations for improving training programs.
    2. Control over compliance with established training standards.
    3. Control of providing volunteers of the direction of humanistic education with the necessary visual, souvenir, incentive and other products.  
  • Coordination of trainers:
    1. Attracting and training trainers for trainings.
    2. Conducting meetings on issues of planning, current activities, evaluation of activities with trainers.
    3. Close cooperation with master trainers for developmentwidows of a common and unified system of management, training, support, and motivation of volunteers for initiatives in the direction of humanistic education.
    4. Regular support of trainers through the provision of consultations, organization of meetings and supervision.
    5. Support for communication with master trainers, trainers, conducting chats and sharing experiences.
  • Organization and logistics of training events:< ol>
  • Ensuring all necessary organization and logistics for conducting trainings (rental of premises, purchase of materials, communication with participants).
  • Cooperation with other departments to highlight training activities in social networks.

  • Maintenance of documentation and reporting:
    1. Formation of reports on conducted trainings, maintaining a database of trainers and participants.
    2. Preparation of regular reports for partners on the results of training sessions and monitoring.
    3. Support and coordination of coverage of trainings on youth development initiatives in social networks in cooperation with employees of the Communications Department.    

Requirements:

  • Availability of full/partial higher education
  • Experience of volunteering in public or international organizations
  • Experience of work in the field of education, training or coordination of volunteer projects
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with different categories of people, in particular, with young people from 14 to 35 on equal terms
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft 365)
  • Fluency in Ukrainian, English - at an intermediate level and above

  • Experience of communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy
  • Developed organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation to changes
  • < li>Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure
  • Ability to prepare and prepare reports, analyze data
  • Knowledge and compliance the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement;
  • Adherence to the principle of information confidentiality.
