TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. is one of the strategic areas of activity of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSC), which has been implemented since 2014. Currently, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support activities are implemented by regional teams in 23 regions of Ukraine at the 3 levels of the Pyramid of Psychosocial Interventions of the ChHiChP Movement (basic psychosocial support, focused psychosocial support, psychological help and referral for specialized help).
< p>Leading specialist in supervisory support provides supervision and training of multidisciplinary teams with PZPSP (including in the program of Social adaptation of veterans and their family members, and in other specialized programs with PZPSP), provides support to supervisors at the regional level, which includes assessment needs and resources, development and adaptation of training programs and materials, direct training of supervisory teams (training and mentoring support), technical and supervisory support, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Integrated Supervision Model (IMS).
The position involves working in to one of the offices of the National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (NC Red Cross Society of Ukraine) in Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Odesa with regular visits to the regions of Ukraine.
Duties: p>
- Coordination and technical support of the implementation of the Integrated Supervision Model (IMS) in TCHHU.
- Conducting needs and resources assessment on the ground with regional PZPSP teams. Preparation of reports and recommendations based on the results of such assessment.
- Development and adaptation of documents necessary to ensure the quality provision of services by multidisciplinary teams with PZPSP (including in the program of Social adaptation of veterans and their family members, and in other specialized programs with PZPSP)
- Development and adaptation of documents necessary to ensure the quality provision of "supportive supervision" and the implementation of the Integrated Model of Supervision (IMS).
- Adaptation and development of training programs from the Integrated Model of Supervision (for supervisors, supervisees and managers), as well as supervision of the implementation of training for teams and ensuring its quality (including assessment of training needs, training and other relevant forms of educational activity).
- Training of supervisors who will implement "supportive supervision" in regional teams of the TCHHU.
- Providing technical recommendations and support (including supervisory) regional teams of supervisors. As well as overseeing the development and deployment of the Integrated Supervision Model (IMS) in TCHU.
- Regular visits to regional organizations to monitor the quality of the implementation of the Integrated Supervision Model (IMS), providing feedback and technical support to regional teams PZPSP.
- Development of a system of care for employees and volunteers (including systems of supervisory support, mentoring, etc.).
- Providing analytical reporting (outlining the main conclusions and recommendations) based on the results of activities and the creation of templates and other necessary documents for the implementation of the Integrated Supervision Model (IMS) and conducting "supportive supervisions". br/>
Additional duties:
- Preparation and conduct of psycho-educational sessions related to the implementation of IMS for employees and volunteers TCHU, for partner organizations, as well as for the population (including first-line specialists).
- At the request of line management: preparation of other program, training and informational materials in the field of PZPSP and Defense.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of psychology, clinical psychology
- It will be an advantage: additional completed education or in the process of obtaining it in professional organizations in the recognized field of psychotherapy (USP (EAP), European association of leash and cognitive therapies, NPA European Federation of Psychological Associations (EuroPsy education standards), European Federation of Transactional Analysis, EMDR Europe, etc.)
- Experience of receiving supervisory support in one of the supervision models in the amount of 25 hours and more
- Experience of work in the humanitarian, social or other relevant field will be an advantage
- Experience of training or instruction in the field of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support
- Experience in coordinating projects and/or managing teams and conducting training/educational activities will be an advantage
- Experience in facilitating psychosocial support activities, conducting psychoeducational sessions and/or basic counseling, “supportive supervision” will be an advantage
< li>Understanding the basics of planning, implementing activities, providing supervisory, educational support and reporting in projects.- Understanding the features of the processes of mentoring, supervision, conducting psychoeducational sessions and providing psychosocial support.

- Experience and ability to communicate with different groups of people, tact and diplomacy.
