Leading specialist of the technical department (VTV) in INTERGAL-BUD, TOV

Requirements:

1. Higher technical education (preferably in the field of "industrial and civil construction");
2. Knowledge of current regulatory documentation (DBN, DSTU, SNiP, etc.);
3. Knowledge of modern technologies of construction and installation works.
4. Knowledge of the market of modern construction materials.
5. Experienced PC user: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, Revit (will be an advantage);
6. Focusedness, balance, responsibility, high level of motivation in professional development.
7. Experience in the profession of an engineer technical (production-technical) department or design engineer (architect, designer) preferably in the field of high-rise residential construction for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities:< /p>

1. Checking the project documentation of sections "AR", "GP" of stage "R".
2. Formation of an electronic archive of drawings, for official use by specialists of the construction division.
3. Maintenance of registers of drawings agreed/accepted in the technical department, with the mark "Before execution of works".
4. Analysis and adoption of changes to project documentation that contradict the internal standards and recommendations of the technical department.
5. li>Checking and finalizing the card of technical solutions in the part of the technical component, in accordance with internal standards and requirements of the current regulatory documentation.
6. Preparation of the technical task for the budget of the general contract and the tender in terms of information on the main volumes of construction and installation works and compilation of project input data.
7. Checking of incoming proposals for the budget of the general contract and incoming tender proposals for compliance with the technical task and project.
8. Checking of contractual prices and additional budgets for compliance with the project, in terms of volumes main types of works and accepted types of main materials.
9. Operational management and technical support of construction objects, in terms of optimization of project solutions, development and unification of technical solutions, compilation of accumulated information, performance of analytical calculations, analysis of claims issues and preparation of technical conclusions.
10. Visits to construction sites in order to determine the optimality, reliability and manufacturability of decisions made in the project.
