Future tasks:

• Coordination and procurement of IT;
• Monitoring of customer needs in IT purchases; 
• Preparation and competitive selection of IT suppliers;
• Management of relationships with suppliers;
• Development of IT procurement strategies; 
• Formation of the annual purchase plan;
• Control and management of existing contracts and
• Calculation of savings.
• Control of the execution of IT contracts, assessment and analysis of their effective use by the internal customer and execution by the supplier.

• Participation in projects on the development and implementation of technologies for the optimization/improvement/modernization of procurement processes.

• higher education;
• necessarily more than 2 years in IT procurement;
• knowledge of the English language at the upper-intermediate level;
• good negotiation skills;
• know tender platforms (SAP ARIBA, Smart Tender, Prozzoro, etc.)
