access and civil-military cooperation will be responsible for the interaction between civil-military cooperation bodies, law enforcement agencies, local authorities.

As part of the project, it is possible to travel to the regional center and local communities, communication with the regional/local military administration, military formations of specified regions for the purpose of effective implementation of measures in the direction of cooperation in dignified treatment of the bodies of the dead.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing effective interaction with regional/local military administration, bodies of civil-military cooperation and military administration, law enforcement agencies, other central bodies of executive power, which carry out management of military formations on specified measures necessary for the effective operation of the Department;
  • Activity planning and events on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis; 
  • Analysis and preparation of reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis regarding the implementation of defined measures;
  • Travel to the regions\territorial communities of Ukraine (as needed) for the implementation of operational activities;

  • Provide feedback regarding any changes within the framework of the tasks defined by the project activity (cancellation of planned activities and reasons, change of date, change of contact information, etc.);
  • Support to the development and improvement of thematic\informational materials;
  • Planning of logistical routes necessary for the implementation of appropriate activities for the dignified treatment of the bodies of the deceased;
  • Ensuring the implementation of technical and organizational measures necessary for the implementation of activities for the treatment of the bodies of the deceased;< /li>
  • Cooperation with local military formations and local authorities regarding joint events on the territoryof the specified regions;
  • Organization of activities for writing memoranda/project agreements and ensuring their conclusion between the specified parties;
  • Promoting the implementation of relevant activities in joint coordination with central and local bodies of executive power, other by state bodies, local self-government bodies, military formations formed in accordance with laws, law enforcement agencies and public associations on issues of treatment of defenders of Ukraine;
  • Participation in the implementation of measures regarding organizational procedures for the transfer and repatriation of remains (remains) dead (deceased) persons;
  • Participation in activities aimed at raising the level of staff awareness, in particular by sharing experience with other subjects of activity;
  • Performance of other tasks and performance measures Department management.

Additional duties:

  • Contribute to reporting requirements by keeping track of daily activities, entering information into appropriate tools data collection and in accordance with the requirements of the manager;
  • Assist the head of the Department and departments in current activities;
  • Cooperation with regional and local organizations of the TCHHU;
  • Cooperation with by external organizations to promote development in the direction of military-civilian cooperation

Requirements:

  • Higher education (humanitarian, psychological, project management ).
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in humanitarian organizations.
  • Minimum of two years of experience of interaction with military formations.
  • Skills in conducting educational trainings and presentations.

  • Skills for working with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, working with databases, e-mail).
  • Skills for conducting negotiations/collaboration.
  • Knowledge and skills for conducting project activities (drafting of project applications, budgets, reports).
  • Driver's license (category B).
  • Ukrainian - professional proficiency
  • Knowledge of English - will be an advantage
