The main role of the position: ensuring the achievement of key indicators in the direction of affluent and Premium business due to the development, implementation and improvement of programs, projects and existing processes of attraction, retention and increase of transaction activities of affluent and premium customers.

Main duties:

• Develops, implements and supports various motivational programs (including marketing and advertising measures) aimed at emission or transactional activity of clients
• Provides technical support for programs, services, promotions and contests
• Analyzes customer needs and market offers for marketing activities
• Develops predictive models and calculations regarding the effectiveness of activities and programs implementation

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the field of training "Management", "Economics", "Banking", "Marketing", "Finance" (in addition, IT training in the field of building algorithms is preferred)
• 1+ year of work experience in the banking field
• Knowledge of basic concepts of statistics, formation of conclusions, causes, consequences, management decisions and planning of necessary measures
• Understanding of the main types of marketing methods and product promotion/engagement channels for different target audiences (preferably practical experience in the field)
• Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel (diagrams and typical analysis functions)
• Mandatory knowledge of the Ukrainian language (including business language)
• Knowing the basics of project management will be an advantage
