Candidate requirements: 2 years of experience in a similar position; Higher education; Knowledge of the English language — Intermediate (B1) level and above; Knowledge of the specifics of working with foreign trade documents (import); PC knowledge (Word, Excel, 1C). Functional responsibilities: Conducting research into new product markets, suppliers, searching for new types of raw materials, search and implementation of analogues of raw materials; organization of tenders, preparation of competitive letters, decision-making on purchase in accordance with the established Price/Quality standards; conducting negotiations with suppliers, resolving work issues and/or disputes; conducting an analysis of the supplier market and market prices; control of payables and receivables debts; Ensuring compliance of performance indicators with the company's goals; Preparation of a monthly financial plan; Analysis of supply of production plans with raw materials; Ensuring the availability of the optimal amount of raw materials in the warehouse that meets the quality requirements; Coordination of deliveries with suppliers (assortment, quantity, amount, delivery dates); Support execution of the agreement from the order of the Goods to the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse; Analysis of production and warehouse stocks of TMC, control of warehouse balances; Management of document flow with suppliers Ukraine + Import (contracts, specifications, invoices, expense invoices, acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements, etc.); Creation, classification and updating of the TMC database in the necessary programs.
