We are looking for a Leading Specialist of the TMC Procurement Department of the Department of Procurement and Warehouse Logistics

Your main tasks will be :

• Monitoring the supplier market:
• Searching for new ones, as well as working with existing suppliers (Conducting tenders, negotiating, concluding and monitoring contracts);
• Analysis of prices and terms of purchase of goods;
• Organization of the supply process according to  its nomenclature;
• Formation of the budget for purchases and payments.

We will be glad to see you in the team if you have :

• Higher education (priority technical or economic);
• Experience in the field of procurement for at least 1 year (preferably procurement experience in the energy sector);
• Understanding the procurement process and contractual work;
• Ability to work in a team, conduct negotiations, conclude contracts, business correspondence, work with primary documentation.
• Experience in conducting bidding on electronic platforms (Prozorro, Smart Tender);
• Confident PC user (MS Office);
• Experience in the SAP system is desirable.
• High level of multitasking and independence;
• Organization and perseverance.
