Main tasks:

• carrying out procurement procedures for goods and services in compliance with internal regulatory documents;
• monitoring and analysis of the goods and services market ;
• processing of the purchase application;
• formation and constant expansion of the base of potential suppliers of TMC; /li>
• preparation of reports on completed purchases for the manager;
• checking for the presence of all accompanying documents provided for by regulatory documents for the possibility of conducting procurement;
• verification of the composition of the tender offer of the participants, collection, analysis and consolidation of information and documentation from the responsible services based on the results of the conducted qualification, formation of a consolidated conclusion based on the results of the analysis of the tender proposals.

Basic requirements:

• full higher education (master's degree, specialist) ;
• knowledge of procurement legislation;
• elementary technical knowledge of category nomenclature, their scope;
• knowledge and ability to use electronic procurement systems;
• working skills with basic PC programs, SAP, ERP, One Drive, Office 365.
