Open vacancy Leading contract administration specialist
Position functions:
- Support for concluding contracts for flexible forms of employment, gig contracts.
- Coordination of drawing up and keeping records of applications for the performance of certain functions. Preparation, control of signing and accounting of acts of completed work.
- Providing services for customer service (outsourcing of HR processes) within the scope of service contracts.
- Preparation of reports of the established types (external regulated and statistical labor reports, internal management reports) in the terms established by the procedures and/or at the request of clients.?
- Maintenance of organizational management data in the HR system: organizational structure and staffing, salaries, regular and one-time payments.
- Maintenance of primary personal data of employees in the HR system of the Customer's enterprises, control of the relevance and reliability of data regarding working conditions, wages, bonuses and other payments, work schedules, actual work and absence (vacation, sick leave, etc.). legislation.
Necessary skills and knowledge:
- Higher education (personnel management, economics or law).
- From 2 years of experience in personnel administration.
- Dosvof administration of gig contracts (preferred).
- Knowledge in the field of labor legislation of Ukraine, regulatory and legislative acts in the field of organization and remuneration.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information.
- High level of skills in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook), SAP (preferred), MeDoc.
