• confident user of Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel).

Obov'links:

• Participation in the preparation of forecasts and sales plans;
• Formation and submission of management reports;
• Search for new objects for opening (moving) new locations and checking the availability of all documentation;
• Ensuring uninterrupted work and coordinating the activities of regional centers;
• Communication with landlords during contractual activities;
• Control of timely payment of services, keeping documentation (invoices, reconciliation reports, etc.);
• Performance of other tasks within the limits of competence.
