Leading specialist of the department of operational risks of risk management

Functional responsibilities:

• participation in the construction and development of an effective operational management system by the Bank's risk:
• support and maintenance of the database of internal operational risk events, collection and analysis of data on operational risk events, verification and investigation of operational risk events, data quality control; 
• participation in self-assessment of operational risk, analysis of results; 
• participation in the development of the system of key operational risk indicators and their monitoring and control; 
• participation in scenario analysis and stress testing of operational risk.
• monitoring and prevention of violations of risk appetite indicators and operational risk limits, control of approximation of risk indicators to risk appetite and operational risk limits risk and initiating measures to prevent their violations;
• participation in the preparation of reports on operational risks;
• participation in the development and updating internal bank documents on operational risk management;
• methodological support and assistance to the Bank's divisions in assessing the operational risks of existing and new banking processes;
• participating in training events in the area of ​​operational risk management .

Requirements for candidates:

• complete higher education (preferred), graduates of higher education;
• professional experience - from 3 years in the banking system (preferable);
• professional skills: knowledge of the basics of banking, knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU, management methods and tools operational risk; 
• mastering the basics of accounting and statistics in banks; 
• personal skills – purposefulness, accuracy, accuracy, sociability; 
• computer skills - MS Office program package;
• language knowledge: Ukrainian (fluent), English (preferred);
• availability of military registration document (for men).
