Requirements: having a higher education degree in the direction of "Information Technologies" with an educational degree not lower than a junior bachelor's degree, fluency in the state language, computer skills at the level of an experienced user

Working conditions: Official employment. Working day Mon-Thurs: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Fri: from 8.00 to 15.45; lunch break from 12.00 to 12.45

Duties:

• ensuring uninterrupted operation of the local network and computer park of the Main Department, administration of resources of information and communication systems, servers, databases, other electronic means of communication;

• conducting the administration of information and communication system resources, software and software complexes, network services, servers, network and computer park, databases, data processing centers, services of automated systems;

• implementation of organizational and engineering and technical measures for the construction and operation of a local network and resources of the information and communication system;

• keeping records of computer equipment and software that are on the balance sheet of the Main Department, operated by the bodies of the Fund, preparation of documents for write-off of computer equipment that are not subject to further use;

• ensuring the operation of the e-mail of the Main Department, creating a mailbox for users with a personal e-mail name and password for ensuring and efficient use, keeping appropriate records and monitoring existing e-mails;

• ensuring the operation of IR-telephony communication, software and technical support of conference communication and conference call meetings in the Head Office;

• ensuring that users comply with the requirements of the PFU ITS operational documentation.

The amount of remuneration is determined by articles 50, 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", clauses 11, 13 "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 1409 "Issue of remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions in 2025" (from with changes) and taking into account the order of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine dated February 28, 2025 No. 376 "On approval of the List of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation" (with changes):

• position salary UAH 12,305.00. according to the staff list;
• supplement to the official salary of 50% (6,153.00 UAH) in connection with the inclusion in the List of territories on which hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation;
• salary allowance for rank, length of service in the civil service;
• premium (if installed).
