Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine LLC has an open position:

Leading specialist of the department of information and analytical procurement support

Functional responsibilities:

• Conclusion of contracts based on the results of goods purchases in accordance with the Company's regulatory acts;
• Support for the conclusion of procurement contracts without the use of an electronic procurement system ;
• Processing of the documents of the Winner/potential Counterparty;
• Preparation and sending of memos to SEDO for consideration of the documents of the Purchase Winner/potential Counterparty to the responsible units;
• Preparation of draft protocols of the competition commission;
• Monitoring, participation in the preparation of answers/explanations and support of complaints of participants in the AMCU;
• Monitoring, participation in the preparation of answers/explanations and support of the conclusions of the body that implements state policy in in the field of state financial control (DASU);
• Participation in the formation of regulatory documents regarding procurement in the Company;
• Preparation and transfer of information and documents within the scope of competence for the performance of claim and lawsuit work;< /li>
• Preparation and storage of documents and materials related to concluded contracts and, after completion of procedural actions, transfer of these materials to the archive in accordance with the procedure established by the Company
