About the role
We are looking for an expert who will help build Kyivstar's reputation as an innovative technology leader - through strategic communication support of M&A areas (including communication support during the merger, as well as the integration of subsidiaries), GR, Legal and Compliance, effective interaction with the media and international partners.
This is a role for a professional who thinks strategically, knows how to work in a highly dynamic environment and has an impeccable sense of the information context.

Your impact
•??Development and implementation of communication strategies for M&A, partnership projects and corporate deals.
•??Crisis communications: risk monitoring, response preparation and information management situations.
 •??Interaction with mass media and international media — creation of clear and reliable messages, coordination of press events.
 •??PR-support of the company's key directions — GR, Legal, Compliance.
 •??Representation of the company at international events, coordination of speakers' performances.
 •??Mentoring of the communications team and participation in strategic development directly.

 What is important for success
 •??Higher education (journalism, PR, linguistics or related fields).
 •??Work experience in the field of PR / corporate communications — from 5 years, preferably with M&A projects or regulatory topics.
 •??Fluent English (Advanced) and flawless Ukrainian.
 •??Analytical mindset, excellent writing and information skills.
 •??Ability to act strategically, remaining precise and flexible in crisis situations.
