Functional responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the counterparty the hours and places of services (performance of work) and proving this information to the Initiator (internal customer) and company employees responsible for the acceptance of services (works);
• Check the availability and correctness of documents regarding the execution of the contract from the counterparty, and provide comments on their finalization; to check the quality of the drafting of documents by the Initiator and the counterparty during the execution of the contract regarding the completeness and correctness of the display of the progress of the fulfillment of obligations by the parties;
• Monitor the provision of services (execution of works) by the counterparty in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for in the contract;
• Give comments on the services provided (work performed) or documents provided in accordance with the terms of the contract (both in the process and after the provision/performance of services/works), provide information on them to the counterparty with a proposal for their elimination;
• In case of the need to make changes to the contract, develop a draft of the additional agreement, and ensure its approval and signing by the parties to the contract;
• Calculate fines and prepare materials for the initiation of claim-lawsuit work regarding poor/late fulfillment of the terms of the contract, communicate with the counterparty regarding the pre-trial settlement of the claim, initiate a claim

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Full higher education in the field of economic/legal/technical training, 2 years of work experience in the field of procurement, in particular experience in contract monitoring;
• Knowledge of accounting in terms of primary financial transactions, current legislation of Ukraine;
• Knowledge of industry regulations regarding the provision of services and performance of works (DBN, SNiP and others);
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office,user of the software complexSAPERP/SAP 4/HANA ;
• Experience in preparing analytical reporting;
• High client orientation, excellent business correspondence and communication skills, high level of ethics.
