Functional duties:
- Coordinating with the counterparty the terms of delivery of goods, services (performance of works) and proving this information To the initiator (internal customer) and the employees of the company responsible for the acceptance of services (works); style="vertical-align: inherit">Check the availability and correctness of documents regarding the execution of the contract from the counterparty and, if necessary, provide comments on their revision;
- Check the quality of the drafting of documents by the Initiator and the counterparty during the execution of the contract regarding the completeness and correctness of the display of the progress of execution by the parties obligations;
- Give comments (issue complaints) to the delivered goods, services (work performed) or documents provided in accordance with the terms of the contract (both in the process and after delivery of goods/services/performance of work), inform the counterparty about them with an offer regarding their elimination;
- If necessary, develop a draft of an additional agreement that ensures its agreement and signing by the parties to the contract;
- Perform calculation of fines and preparation of materials for the initiation of claim work regarding poor/untimely fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the counterparty; work;
- Ensure support and implementation of actions provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the concluded contract regarding the fulfillment of warranty obligations by the counterparty;
- Communicate with the customs broker regarding crossing the border;
- Check documents regarding foreign economic deliveries.
Necessary skills and knowledge:
- Full higher education economic/, legal/, technical direction of training, work experience in the field of procurement from 2 years, including experience in the administration of contracts; inherit">;
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and regulations on customs regulation;
- Knowledge of accounting in terms of primary financial operations;
- Experienced userMicrosoft Office,user of the software complexSAPERP/ SAP 4/ HANA inherit">; customer orientation, excellent business correspondence and communication skills, high level of ethics.
