QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Necessary: ​​From 2 years of working in a bank in corporate business Knowledge of banking legislation General understanding of internal banking processes MS Office package at a good level Desirable: Experience working with contractual databases of corporate clients Experience working with HRODI Your ROLE: Organization of work on the preparation and signing of credit agreements and security agreements Establishment parameters of the agreement into the bank's operational system Communication with the Client regarding the fulfillment of the terms of the credit agreement; • control over the timely fulfillment by the Client of all the terms of the credit agreement Control over the timely submission of necessary documents to credit matters Monitoring changes to the credit agreement Reconciliation of the contractual basis with the bank's services Coordination with members of the credit authority of the client's requests regarding non-fulfillment terms of the credit agreement, insurance cases, changes in the location of the object of collateral, etc. Control of the completeness of the Client's credit file upon acceptance from the client-manager division Preparation and provision of certificates, audit requests and informational messages to Clients Checking and agreeing projects/copies of Clients' insurance contracts on the subject of their compliance with the Bank's internal requirements.
