Leading specialist (INRM) in Ukrainian Center for Humanitarian Protection

UUkrainian Center for Humanitarian Protection (UCHZ) is a neutral, non-governmental and independent public organization registered in Ukraine. 

Subordinates to:Chief specialist

Location:Kharkiv, Ukraine

Duties and responsibilities:

• to inform the population about the risks associated with mines and explosive remnants of war in selected communities;
Community NGOs, using approved materials;  
     
• be responsible for the operation, care and daily maintenance of the group's vehicle.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• valid category B driver's license without violations and proven driving experience

  4WD cars on the road and off-road (in conditions of snow, mud, ice);

  
  

• higher education in the field of pedagogy, psychology, education, communication, social work

  preferred, but not required; 
  

• minimum 2 years of practical experience in business, governmental or non-governmental

  organizations;

• experience working in small groups is encouraged; 

A leading specialist should know:

• DSTU-8820:2023 Anti-mine activities.

• ZLegislation of Ukraine on road transport and road traffic.

• Rules of the road. 

• Rules of cargo transportation (including dangerous, oversized), order and conditionstransportation of passengers and luggage. 

• Purpose, location, structure, principle of operation of aggregates, constituent units, mechanismsand systems of motor vehicles of category "B" and the rules of their technical operation.

• Construction, rules of operation and maintenance of trailers.

• Fundamentals of driving motor vehicles. 

• Possible causes of traffic accidents and ways to prevent them.

• Causes of malfunctions, methods of their detection and elimination. 

• The nature of the influence of natural conditions (rain, fog, ice, etc.) on traffic safety.

• Rules for storing motor vehicles in open parking lots and garages.
