Syngenta, a leader in the international market of agrochemicals and seeds, is opening a competition for experienced and ambitious specialists for the position Leading specialist in working with customer contracts .

Main duties:

• Preparation and administration of commercial contracts, specification annexes, additional agreements within such contracts
• Coordinating the preparation and review of contracts, protocols of disagreements
• Ensuring the signing of commercial contracts (paper and electronic Document.Online)
• Keeping a register of contracts, specifications, protocols, additional agreements
• Archiving of contracts
• Coordination of verification of the signature and authority of the signatory on the part of the customer
• Entering prices, credit terms, discounts into the system gSAP
• Calculation of price adjustments
• Evaluation of customer performance against sales contract to calculate discount amount

• Preparation of calculations of discounts for clients, preparation of protocols for accrual of such discounts
• Accrual discount reserve for customers in the gSAP system
• Formation and sending of information letters to customers
• Formation of special sales reports< /li>
• Preparation of presentations, analysis of information upon request

Our candidate has:

• Higher education (economics, finance direction)
• Work experience of 1 year or more in a similar positions
• English at a level no lower than Intermediate
• Ability to work with data, systematize and analyze
• Advanced MS Excel and Word user
• Experienced SAP user
< li style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of written business language
• Well-developed communication skills
• Ability to multitask
