The main task:

• Quality creation of primary documentation for the company's foreign trade operations.

• Issue of shipping documents for coordination of shipment with customers.
• Planning and control of shipment of finished products

• Timely preparation of accompanying documentation and applications for shipment 
• Adherence to the deadlines for the preparation of documents established by the regulations.
• Execution of the shipment plan for the region (monthly / weekly).

Requirements:

• Full higher education, in the field of finance / economy / metallurgy;
• Intermediate English proficiency level (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of the basics of "Incoterms", logistics, ZED ;  
• Skills for working with MS Office;
• Ability to conduct business correspondence and negotiations;
  
  < strong>Desirable:
  • Experience of working with international customers; 
  • Basic knowledge of pipe production technology; 
  • Experience with SAP; 
  • Knowledge of the basics of accounting.
