ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company, successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position of a Leading Trade Equipment Specialist. Main duties: Record keeping and control of trade equipment in the region; warehouses of the Company and distributors; Control and provision of delivery of equipment to the warehouses of the region and distributors for further operation; Interaction with Partners regarding accounting, storage and export of the Company's equipment to trading points; Control of the technical condition and organization of the repair process of equipment at the warehouses of distributors and in retail outlets; Monitoring the work of service providers for equipment repair, consolidating their monthly reports; Issuing and registering all documentation for the operation of equipment; Coordination of the work of the territorial team of the sales department regarding work with retail equipment; Ensuring the proper inventory of retail equipment in the region, signing acts of reconciliation with distributors ;Training of the sales team;Ensuring timely resolution of any issues related to the use of sales equipment;Coordinating all sales equipment processes/projects in the region, close interaction with the sales team. :Higher education (economics/accounting/technical); Work experience of at least 2 years in the field of sales and management, either as an accountant or an economist; Confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SAP); Knowledge of the English language at the level intermediate or higher; Desire for self-development, creativity and initiative Analytical abilities, communication, flexibility; Driver's license category "B" with experience of driving a car for 2 years or more; Willingness for business trips.
