Main duties:

• Evaluate processes, analyze and propose corrective actions to optimize processes, improve efficiency;
• Analyze the provision of operating production by approved raw materials and materials (in terms of completeness) within the limits of production needs according to the approved production plan and schedule and Inventory Metrics. Analyzes adjustments to the production program;
• Conduct weekly defect analysis and prepare information for the head of the department;
• Analyze the timeliness of placing orders by department specialists, timeliness of their updates and receipt of confirmations from Suppliers;
• Control the process of planning raw materials and materials, monitors the implementation and compliance with automatic supply planning;
• Responsible for the formation and control of the execution of the budget of the unit (horizon 36 months);
• Control compliance with optimal sizes of all types of material stocks, acceleration of their turnover related to TMC orders;
• Check and make proposals for adjusting the schedule of production of HLZ based on the review of the terms of supply of raw materials and materials according to the production plan;
• Control the terms of use of raw materials in the production program before the expiration date, makes proposals for changes to the production plan if necessary;
• Control the timely write-off of the shortage within the reporting period;
• Control the preparation of applications by subordinates and receipt of quotas for narcotic substances and precursors, their submission to the Narcotics Control Committee within the specified time substances;
• Control the timely entry of data of the Supplier's metrics into the SAP system;
• Analyze insurance stocks and provide suggestions for optimizationii/changes;
• Prepare reports on the work of the unit at the request of the head of the department;
• Participate in meetings in accordance with the IBP process.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 5 years;
• Availability of a military registration document.
