Organization of the reception of materials received from Suppliers, the inventory of VSG and waste warehouses of the Company's production divisions in accordance with the established procedure. 2. Implementation of control of timely acceptance of materials in waste warehouses of the Company's production units. 3. Carrying out the incoming control of goods, quantity and quality, in the warehouse of VSH and the organization of the entry control of goods in waste warehouses of the Company’s production divisions, in accordance with instructions P-6, P-7 and the regulatory documents of the Company, as well as: control of the availability of the necessary documentation of the delivered goods, its sufficiency; verification of compliance documents certifying the quality and completeness of products (certificates, passports, etc.), shipping documents of the actual quality and completeness of goods, contract requirements; visual control of material, containers, packaging; verification of compliance with the rules of packaging, tare, marking and sealing of materials and equipment; instrumental control; verification of product compliance with standards , technical requirements, drawings, samples; laboratory research and testing. 4. Organization of the selection of samples and samples of products to be checked in the laboratory, their delivery to the laboratory. 5. Completion of acts of entry control by mandatory registration in the Journal of entry control. 6. Creation of orders for the movement of commodity warehouses in SAP ERP. 7. Control of the placement of low-quality products in the defect isolator. 8. Realization of operational accounting of the movement of material resources of the VSG warehouse. 9. Planning the receipt of products from Suppliers. 10. Participation in the annual inventory of the inventory of the warehouse of the VSG. Additional requirements: PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP ERP. Work experience in legal tenders of TMC. Possession of skills in working with a measuring tool (caliper, micrometer, multimeter), ability to read drawings, knowledge of the base of standards for stop valves, rolling bearings, electrical materials and equipment.
