• operation of the premises of the directorate and departments, engineering systems, cleaning;
• work with utilities and outsourcing providers;
• check the acts of acceptance of the performed works/services in terms of their compliance with the quantitative and specific indicators of the actually performed works/services;
• formation of requests in the HelpDesk system for issues of provision with fixed assets and consumables for the needs of the directorate and branches;
• control and accounting of fixed assets and stocks stored/located at the directorate's facilities, inventory;
• decentralized procurement of goods and services with the use of cards for bank employees in accordance with the approved nomenclature, the creation of reports and acts;
• keeping records of the operation of generators of the directorate and the movement of PMM taking into account the approved norms of expenses;
• compliance with the requirements of the Rules on labor protection , safety equipment and fire safety.
