The main Responsibilities:?Research of current processes (including analysis of existing documents and features of existing implementation in IS);Formation of process diagrams, development and agreement with process owners of the top-level business process project "as it should be" from KEP;Organization of updating of normative documents for scaling processes with KEP; Collection and formation of business requirements, regarding improvements to the existing process and points of application of KEP for a defined business process; Organization of preparation and launch of testing of the developed functionality; Support of the transferred business process to KEP within 1-2 months after launch : collecting data on process execution, collecting analytics on the process, as well as identifying and coordinating improvements. We expect from you: Experience in the position of Analyst, Technologist, Business Process Development Manager; Confident user of MS Office, Excel, PP ?;Ability to develop business requirements for the automation of processes in IS?;??Experience in developing process diagrams, regulatory documents.??If all this is about you and you want to become part of the large Nova poshta family, send your resume.?
