Main duties:

• Development, formalization and implementation of the company's business processes that affect the quality of services:
• development of step-by-step implementation of BP
• development and implementation of the BP regulatory document
• implementation of a new BP, training of participants, implementation control
• development of accompanying regulatory documents - instructions, procedures, etc.
• development of technical specifications for necessary revisions of programs and systems
• development and implementation of BP indicators
• development and implementation of systems for evaluating BP indicators
• formation of reports and sampling of data, analytical reports based on the company's systems
• development and implementation of the necessary corrective measures based on the analysis of BP indicators
• monitoring of the implementation of the developed corrective measures;

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher education, technical direction
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Previous experience: development of business processes, operational efficiency, analytics
< li>Working with databases, SQL queries
• Ability to work in multitasking mode
• Communicativeness
• Quick acquisition of new information
• Systematic, logical , sequence
