Basic responsibilities:

• Monthly calculation and analysis of park activity indicators. Development of prescriptions and recommendations for working with inefficient assets
• Transferring manual calculations to automated systems. Optimization of existing business processes and implementation of changes in calculation methodology
• Update and implementation of new motivation models based on calculated indicators
• Writing technical tasks (TOR) for IT departments, construction of process flowcharts, creation of instructions and business requirements
• Monitoring of the implementation of established KPIs and control over compliance with regulations

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in working with large data sets (Big Data) and formulating queries to databases
• Experience in interaction with IT teams: from writing technical specifications to the adoption of functionality
• Ability to build complex flowcharts and visualize business processes
• Confident mastery of analytical tools and creating presentations for management
• Deep understanding of banking processes, the specifics of payment systems, Compliance requirements and Anti-fraud principles
• Skills in developing methodologies, regulations and regulations of documents
• High level of responsibility and the ability to work in a team

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in product management (Product Management) or knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Experience in implementing systems reporting automation
