The main role of the position: support, improvement and development of the product and processes for credit users Paying in installments, Instant installments, as well as organizing and conducting marketing activities to promote these services and the product Payment in installments as a whole.

Main duties:

• Ensuring promotion and constant improvement of lending services
• Organization of marketing companies (concept, assignment of tasks to auxiliary units, preparation of texts of marketing messages/articles/posts, definition of target audience, etc.)
• Preparation of materials for training bank employees on the operation of products in the Direction;
• Monitoring of market trends and the introduction of new/improvement of existing loan services
• Execution of personal KPIs (development, launch and support of projects for the development of credit, the expansion of infrastructure to increase the profit on the products of the Direction)
• Analysis of statistical data of product sales Payment in installments/Instant installments
• Providing proposals for the improvement of any services/products bank taking into account the needs of the Direction in the segment of corporate business and lending to individuals or employees

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• + 1 year of experience in banking
• + 1 year of experience with credit products
• Understanding the client environment of the country in the part of small, medium and corporate business in acquiring and lending, knowledge of the competitive environment and similar products of competing banks
• Confident use of Google tools (mail, calendar, etc.)
• Ability to work with a large amount of information in multitasking mode
• Knowledge and ability to create technical tasks
• Knowledge and ability to develop product promotion activities
• Experience with Google Docs< /li>
• Fluency in Ukrainian (including business language)
• Knowledge of English, at Intermediate level — B1
