Your key tasks in the position: 1. participation in the organization and implementation of the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) in accordance with the EU Directive 2022/2464 on Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD), namely: developing a methodology and conducting Due Diligence to identify the company's environmental and social impacts sphere; — development of a methodology and carrying out the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities in connection with the impacts carried out by the company; development of a methodology and carrying out a double assessment of materiality (materiality of the impact and financial assessment) based on the identified risks and opportunities; participation in the development of policies, goals, action plans in accordance with ESRS requirements; 2. participation in the organization and implementation of projects in the field of sustainable development: sustainable procurement, assessment of the impact on biodiversity, climate risks and adaptation plans, generation of carbon certificates, etc.; 3. preparation of non-financial reporting for financial institutions (ERBD, DEG, IFC), as well as for the company's key clients in accordance with their requests, including submission of information to such online platforms as Ecovadis, CDP. To be successful in the position, you will need: work experience from 1 year (auditing and consulting companies); command of the English language at the Upper-intermediate level; understanding of principles and approaches in sustainable development; availability experience in the implementation of sustainable development projects will be an advantage; knowledge of European legislation related to non-financial reporting; knowledge of ESRS non-financial reporting standards; skills in data collection, analytics, modeling and visualization; skills in the preparation of internal regulatory documents; confident PC user - Microsoft Office package: Excel, Word , 1C.
