Main responsibilities:

• Support of the full cycle of purchasing software products (budget planning, collection of needs, interaction with suppliers)
• Preparation and verification of internal documentation, participation in the work of the tender committee
• Control of the fulfillment of contract terms by suppliers and analysis of the quality of provided services
• Optimization of license costs, control of use, issuance and cancellation of licenses
• Work with internal systems and consoles, analysis of IT market solutions

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (institutes, academies, universities)
• Experience with procurement processes (will be an advantage)
• Skills in business and system analysis
• Ability to work with data, build reports and dashboards, analyze metrics
• Developed communication skills (interaction with users, managers, contractors)
• Understanding procurement methods and analysis of IT solutions
