Responsibilities:

Main duties/ Essential Tasks:

1. Development of candidate search strategy:

based on tasks from the management to develop a search plan and a portrait of the candidate

Storage and archiving of personnel documentation according to requirements

Analysis of recruitment indicators and search for points of growth in the quality of recruitment

1. < strong>Creating a search map:

monitoring sources, preparing an offer and posting information about the vacancy

1. Analysis of resumes and determination of the range of candidatesin

interaction with department heads in the process of personnel search

1. Compliance with labor legislation:

Tracking and implementation of changes in labor legislation affecting personnel issues

1. Ensuring confidentiality:< /strong>

Ensuring the confidentiality of personal information of employees and confidential information belonging to the Organization

1. Control over the collection of documents for candidate registration
2. Participation in the development and implementation of internal administrative documents, automation of recruitment processes
3. Resolving conflict situations:

Interaction with employees to resolve issues and conflicts related to the personnel sphere

Additional duties:

1. < strong>Training and self-development:

Supporting own professional development in the field of search and recruitment

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, law, business administration or related fields
• Work experience in the field of recruitment for at least 2 years
• Work experiencein CRM will be a plus
• Experience with analytics is desirable
• Ability to work with Excel
• In-depth understanding of labor legislation, processing and archiving of personnel documentation
< li>High written and oral communication skills, the ability to interact with different individuals
• Ability to organize your work and manage multitasking tasks
• Strictly observe the confidentiality of personal data of employees
• Ability analyze documents and information to make informed decisions
• Professional command of the Ukrainian language.  
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage
