• Leadership in the company's reintegration program for mobilized employees and veterans: (social media administration, support in the form of mentoring and/or career development; formation of a culture of support and counseling of mobilized colleagues/veterans; support/advise of managers within the framework of the reintegration program; support of mobilized families; development/updation of reintegration and information program materials in the company and exchange of best practices);
• Coordination and management of projects aimed at staff involvement and well-being;
• Support of communication and interaction with colleagues from various company departments and partners;
• Organization and webinars, working groups and other events;
• Coordination of the process of conducting employee surveys level of involvement "My Voice";
• Leadership in Wellbeing initiatives.

If you have:

• higher education (psychological education will be an advantage);
• experience in HR, working with mobilized, veterans, military families;
• experience in independent and successful project management, creating and conducting trainings, webinars, interviews;
• knowledge of psychology, project management methods and previous successful management experience projects;
• willingness to work with data collection and their analysis;
• willingness to build a D&I culture in the company;
• proficiency in English - at the Intermediate level.
