Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in the field of recruitment;
• knowledge of personnel selection and adaptation methods;
• effective communication skills (written and oral);
• literacy;

• ability to plan and organize your working time.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of personnel for vacant positions within the Group of companies;
• Support of all stages of personnel selection;
• Organization of exit of job candidates;
• Adaptation of employees in a new place
• Recruitment of personnel at the request of other Businesses of the Holding;
• Participation in other HR projects of the company
