Ukrainian Cultural Fund (UKF) is a state investor in the development of culture and creative industries of Ukraine. The institution was founded in 2017 on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "About the Ukrainian Cultural Fund". During the eight years of its activity, the Fund financed 2,951 projects. The amount of funds invested in them is more than UAH 2 billion, and the number of the audience covered is 56 million people.

UKF is looking for a leading specialist/position in project management of the project department

Main requirements:

• higher education in a relevant professional direction at the educational and qualification level of a bachelor, master's degree;
• competent written and spoken Ukrainian language;
• knowledge of English (will be an advantage);
• work experience of 1 year;
• readiness for business trips;
• experience in the fields of culture and project management (will be an advantage)

Main duties:

• fulfilling tasks regarding priority directions of the Fund's activities;
• ensuring communication with applicants at the stage of competitive selection of projects and grantees during project implementation? which are carried out with the support of the Fund;
• participation in informational and advisory activities of the Fund;
• keeping a register of received project applications and carrying out technical selection in accordance with the approved requirements;
• participation in negotiation procedures with applicants in the process of concluding grant agreements;
• monitoring the implementation of competitive projects, the implementation of which ensures The Fund;
• ensuring control of the reporting of projects implemented with the support of the Fund.
