It is important for us:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in using Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and systematize it
• Experience in Jira and Planer/Trello
• Experience in retail would be an advantage
• Certification in the industry project management will be a plus
• Experience in business process automation project management will be an advantage
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN, UML) will be a plus
• Good communication skills , experience in negotiations and presentations

• Manage "Digitalization" and "Digitalization" products
• Manage Digital solutions using a project and product approach
• Manage and support cross-functional teams in cross-section direction of Digital-solutions
• Conduct metrics analysis for projects and products, prepare and analyze intermediate results
• Pilot products on the ground, evaluate performance and make deployment decisions
