Leading specialist in planning and financial support of international projects (financier-accountant) in Nacionalniy universitet Lvivska politehnika

Basic requirements:

• Completed higher economic (or similar) education (preference is given to applicants with a scientific degree)
• Knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient to read and understand what is written (similar to a certificate B1+)
• Fluent Ukrainian language (oral and written)
• Work experience of more than 2 years in the position of accountant, financier, economist or similar positions in commercial or state institutions
• Willingness to self-study and improve knowledge in project activities
• Skills for effective organization of working time

Additional requirements:

• Experience of participating in or preparing educational and/or scientific projects
• Confident use of a PC, perfect command of office programs, including Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Word 2007 version and above, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Discipline, responsibility, logical thinking, developed intuition, initiative, independence
• Attention to details. High level of self-organization. Communication. Decency.

Duties:

• Conducting consultations and participating in the development of estimates and accompanying documentation, monitoring the receipt of funds for international projects, control over the timeliness and completeness of the submission of documents for implementation payment
• Coordinating the forms of documents and the procedure for their submission with the management and accounting of the University
• Keeping records of active and submitted international projects in Excel or other structuring and accounting programs
• Keeping training and preparation of presentation materials

• Official employment at the National University "Lviv Polytechnic"
• Fully equipped workplace in the premises of the Project Office of the National Lviv Polytechnic University (https://po.lpnu. ua) (m. Lviv, Metropolitan Andreya 3, aud. 101)
• There is an opportunity to work according to a flexible work schedule (including remotely), days off: Saturday, Sunday
• Salary from UAH 10,000 (depending on the result of the interview)
