Who are you, our new colleague? you have 2 years of experience in a similar position, you know modern training tools and best practices in the market, you know how to analyze and influence key indicators company through training and development. You have the skills to build and implement training systems, develop training course methodologies, conduct training sessions, calculate training effectiveness, work with modern training tools, build communications with various departments and job levels. What will you work on? on the formation of a training and development plan based on the key goals of the Company, and in the future - on ensuring its implementation on the formation of training methodology on the evaluation and control of the effectiveness of training on the development of trainings and their implementation on the control and development of the talent management process and personnel reserve, you will form and manage the Company's training budget, as well as form and calculate key training metrics.
