Responsibilities:

1. Conducting regular surveys to determine training and development needs.
< li>Creation of training and development plans depending on the category of employees.
2. Development of corporate training and development programs.
3. Organization of training: Search and involvement of trainers; organization and conduct of training events, control over the effectiveness of training.
4. Analysis of training results and making changes to programs if necessary.
5. Promoting the development of a positive atmosphere in the team and support of corporate culture.

6. Organization of team-building events.
7. Supporting employees in the adaptation process.
8. Point-of-care assistance to colleagues in other projects.
9. Tasks from the direct manager.

Additional duties:

1. Provide mailings from the department with general information for staff
2. Internal communication on the implementation of corporate culture

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, business administration or related fields
• At least 3 years in a relevant field
• Experience in organizing trainings
• Experience in purchasing educational services
• Skills communications and presentations: for effective communication with different categories of employees
• Organizational abilities
• Stress resistance
• Multitasking
• Creativity
• Confident PC user
• Strict observance of confidentiality of personal data of employees
• Ukrainian language - fluency
• Knowledge of English language will be a plus
